They are having so much fun dancing to the music...when a cop finds them and busts them for being under age. They have no recourse and are at his mercy as he ties them together back to back .....and then the tickle madness begins. One at a time, he tickles their bare feet, starting with Rachel. She has a wonderful response and an incredible, hearty laugh. Then he slips off Jovan's shoes and tickles her feet as Rachel tells her not to respond...but she can't help it...she's too ticklish.
