When Ryan learns that he's been diagnosed with a rare, fatal illness that leaves him with less than a year to live, he struggles to come to terms with what to do with his remaining time. His platonic best friend Ivy, who he has always been secretly in love with, decides that she'll make his final months worthwhile by pretending to be in love with him too.
