Frankie is a serial sexual deviant who won't give a confession. He instead antagonizes the interrogator, Ms. Cavenaugh until a brief tussle ensues in the interrogation room. When he awakes, he finds himself and his attorney handcuffed in a room waiting for Ms. Cavanaugh to enter.
