United States Headquarters contacts Agent Cavanaugh for a special assignment. Kasie is to stop the Mad Mastermind's plan for biological destruction! She must destroy the Rondon Plant. Kasie must retain a guide to take her to the enemy's camp and locate the plant. But the guide becomes a liability after viewing the some executions. Enemy guards are posted.
