Two militant aliens land on Earth on an advanced reconnaissance mission. When they arrive in New York, they are immediately spotted by Dr. Louise Terov, who has been equipped with an IUDDA (Inter-uterine Device for Detecting Aliens). To fight this threat from space, Louise enlists the help of her friend Dr. Millicent Harvey. Millicent is also equipped with the device, which keeps the wearer in a constant state of sexual arousal in the presence of aliens. Since they live directly above the aliens they are monitoring, they are prepared for any men passing by or even each other! When the aliens, Dart Laidher and Princess Orgasm, discover that they are being monitored, they strike back by getting even closer to the women and eventually having sex with them. Louise and Millicent are overwhelmed by Dart's sexual prowess. Once Dart and Princess Orgasm know the secret of the monitoring device, they prepare to set off for their own galaxy with their newly discovered military secret. Louise distracts them with a sexual adventure, while Millicent locates and destroys the alien spaceship, keeping the aliens bound to the sexual pleasures of everyone on Earth.
